Economic and social security for all by expanding formal and informal social protection to those that still lack protection, i.e. informal workers, women  and disadvantage groups. Strenghening the judicial system to protect the rights of the people especially the underprivileged, children and women. Enhancement of civic consciousness based on the rules of law, cultural values, gender equality, and the participation of women in political and administration at all levels.
